About Me

I’m a lifelong sports enthusiast who turned passion into profession. With a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Production from Sam Houston State University and a Master of Science in Sports Administration from Arkansas State University, I’ve built a career that bridges the gap between sports media, technology, and data.

Over the years, I’ve worn many hats: on-field video and recruiting coordinator, sports data analyst, content strategist, and product manager in the sports tech space. I’ve worked across multiple states and covered a wide range of sports — from football and baseball to soccer and beyond. Whether it’s helping athletes get noticed through highlight reels, building data tools to break down game film, or supporting large-scale streaming operations for live events, I bring a versatile skill set and a coach’s mindset to every role I take on.

At my core, I believe in using technology to elevate the game — for athletes, teams, and fans alike.

“You know who I like? This friggin’ guy right here.” *points to me*

“This dude called me, emailed me. I wasn’t even going to call him back. I didn’t know if I even wanted it. Dude just shows up. All of a sudden, man, he’s a professional.”

“Excellence, that’s what I’m looking for.”

- Jon Kitna, NFL vet and current coach

Work Experience

I’ve had the opportunity to work at the forefront of sports media and technology with industry leaders like Fox Sports Broadcasting, Amazon Prime Video Live Sports, and Stats Perform. At Fox, I supported live broadcasts with a focus on precision and timing. At Amazon, I helped manage large-scale streaming operations for Thursday Night Football, ensuring a seamless viewing experience for millions. And at Stats Perform, I contributed to data-driven tools that supported team performance and scouting — blending real-time insights with long-term strategy.

Spare Time Projects

I’m the type of person who doesn’t stop building when the workday ends. Whether it’s a computer vision tool to analyze bubble hockey goals or an MLB Analysis Dashboard to simulate full games pitch by pitch, I love using my skills to create tools that blend data, sports, and storytelling. These projects keep me sharp, fuel my curiosity, and often help me uncover new ideas I later bring into my professional work. Every spare-time build is another chance to explore the “what ifs” of sports technology.

Personal Life

Off the clock, I’m still a team guy. I volunteer as a youth soccer coach, ski with my kids in the winter, and try not to miss a game when my favorite teams are playing. Whether on the field or on the slopes, I value shared experiences, growth, and a little bit of fun competition. Sports have shaped who I am — as a father, a coach, and a human. That same clubhouse-guy spirit follows me into everything I do: bring energy, show up for the team, and make the experience better for everyone around me.

Ryan Thomas - Live Sports Streaming Engineer (Amazon)

“Clint knows how to be both a calming and efficient leadership presence in the stressful environment of live streaming. At Amazon, Clint has been in charge of managing multiple live event video streams and event associates at the same time. In a field where a single small mistake or delay of seconds can result in a negative customer experience, Clint has made sure every Operations Room he has been the leader of has broadcasted the best product to the public.

What truly sets him apart as a manager is the rare quality of being a "People Person" and motivator alongside a healthy dose of technical prowess. Being able to work with a manager who is able to troubleshoot and solve a technical issue in the back-end of a live stream has been a luxury to our team.

Alex B. - Recruiting Coordinator

“Clinton is highly organized and enthusiastic about everything he does. I had the pleasure of working with Clinton as part of the recruiting at Ford Sports Performance, where he brought credibility and a new perspective during a challenging time - pandemic related college football recruiting. Clinton and I were able to come up with what we both felt like was appropriate steps to help high school football players reach their goal of playing college football. Through the use of NFL combine style workout videos and google slide presentations or "live resume" to allow coaches to have all the pertinent information in one place. Clinton, with his background with football scouting, recruiting, and his technical abilities, helped me create what we both felt was the total package to help student-athletes continue their evaluation process.

I look forward to working with Clinton in the future as he is someone whom I will seek to collaborate on other projects!”
